How has your week been? Hope you've had a good one. The first kitchen garden seedlings of the year have started sprouting, and it won't be long before I'm planting out tiny tomatoes, flowers and herbs.

It's been good keeping busy because we're halfway through the 'Replacement Basis Only' Challenge. There's a little progress update below if you'd like to know how I got on during Weeks five and six.
